As software engineers with 10 years of combined experience, we have seen the industry. We receive the constant flood of emails and phone calls from recruiters who don't really know anything about us and ignored the information on our resumes. All those recruiters are doing is throwing your resume against the wall of openings they find and hope you stick.

For Clients
Recruiters can send you dozens of resumes, but do they really know the people they are submitting? Being software engineers, we know what to look for in candidates, and we know how to match candidates to the right opportunity. We won't send you stacks of resumes for candidates that might work, we'll send you just the candidates that will work.
Our company is lean with very little overhead, and that allows us to supply quality candidates at better rates.
